Have you ever wondered what it would be like to vacation like the rich and famous? The media often features glamorous celebrities lounging across exotic beaches, wining and dining along vineyards, and boating on crystal clear water. Now, it’s your chance to get a taste of the good life by taking a look at these five-common, celebrity getaways that are surprisingly more realistic than you would assume.

1. Lake Como, Italy
George Clooney, Madonna and Donatella Versace are only a few of the renowned celebrities to own homes on the beautiful Lake Como. However, you do not have to own a mansion on the lake in order to enjoy its beauty and lavish features, as this spot is a perfect fit for anyone. Take a walking or boating tour of the water and explore the picturesque towns that offer activities ranging from wine tastings to motorboat cruises viewing magnificent villas and mountains. Or perhaps if you are in the mood for something a little more active, take a cycling or climbing tour of this Italian wonderland. Maybe you will even spot Tom Cruise or Elton John visiting Lake Como, as it’s one of their favorite spots.
